Abstract
Сучасна освітня галузь увійшла у стан системної кризи, яка зумовлюється епохальними цивілізаційними викликами та загрозами, з якими зіштовхнулося людство наприкінці ХХ – початку ХХІ століття, що мають колосальні загальнопланетарні наслідки та докорінно змінюють соціально-економічний, гуманітарно-політичний, морально-етичний, природно-екологічний механізми функціонування людської цивілізації.
