В.БугасоваauthorУ дисертації досліджено систему неперервної освіти іммігрантів як компонент освітньої системи Швеції, обґрунтовано основні етапи її становлення і розвитку, розглянуто законодавчі засади освітньої інтеграційної політики Швеції. Охарактеризовано навчання іммігрантів на різних ланках системи неперервної освіти: допрофесійної, професійно-орієнтованої та професійної підготовки; досліджено інноваційні процеси в освіті іммігрантів, зокрема впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітній процес, підготовка педагогічних кадрів до роботи в умовах етнічної різноманітності. На основі порівняльного аналізу навчання іммігрантів в Україні та Швеції розроблено рекомендації щодо можливостей застосування ідей шведського досвіду для вдосконалення освітнього процесу в Україні.
