	bibo:abstract "Дисертація присвячена дослідженню проблеми розвитку професійної компетентності вчителів іноземних мов у післядипломній освіті. \r\nПроаналізовано стан досліджуваної проблеми в педагогічній теорії та практиці, розкрито наукові підходи до визначення змісту та структури окресленого феномену. Проведено аналіз базових понять дослідження. Розглянуто специфіку організації процесу навчання вчителів іноземних мов у післядипломній освіті. \r\nНауково обґрунтовано модель і розроблено технологію поетапного розвитку досліджуваної компетентності. Ефективність моделі перевірено експериментально на основі впровадження у навчальний процес закладів післядипломної освіти авторського курсу «Сучасний професійний розвиток учителя іноземних мов (на прикладі англійської мови)».
