У дисертаційному досліджені розроблено теоретичну модель стратегіально-типологічних особливостей становлення особистісної ідентичності суб’єкта праці у процесі професійної адаптації. На основі результатів емпіричного дослідження виокремлено основні стратегії адаптації до професійного середовища. Проаналізовано відмінності становлення особистісної ідентичності осіб, які реалізували різні стратегії професійної адаптації: ситуативно-адаптивну, стратегію типового розвитку та суб’єктно-ціннісну стратегію. Виокремлено загальні закономірності професійної адаптації суб’єкта праці у професіях типу «людина-людина» та «людина-техніка». Здійснено порівняльний аналіз розвитку основних структурних компонентів особистісної ідентичності на нормативно-орієнтаційному, пошуковому, рефлексивному та етапі ціннісного розвитку. Представлені результати дослідження становлення особистісної ідентичності працівника у процесі адаптації до професій типу «людина-людина» та «людина-техніка». Було визначено, що відмінності предмету праці та особливості організації виробництва зумовлюють стратегіально-типологічні відмінності розвитку особистості. V.V. Kirichenko. In the thesis had developed a theoretical model of strategic and typological differences of worker’s personal identity in the process of professional adaptation. Based on the results of the empirical research, had singled out the basic strategies of adaptation to a professional environment. The differences of people’s personal identity have been analyzed with the focus on their situationally-adaptive, default and subject-value strategies of professional adaptation. The general patterns of employees who work with people and those who work with machines has been defined in the process of professional adaptation. The comparative analysis of the major structural components of personal identity on the normative-orientation, search, reflexive and stage of development value has been made.
