Проаналізовано чинники, що спонукали кооператорів до організації об’єднань, досягнення кооперативів у даній сфері, а також фактори, які не дозволяли кооперативним об’єднанням розгорнути роботу у повному обсязі. Охарактеризовано появу і розвиток союзів у двох галузях кооперації: споживчій та кредитній.
