Самоосвіта і самовиховання педагога як основа його професійного розвитк

Рассматриваются проблемы самовоспитания и саморазвития современного педагога в процессе его профессионального роста. Подчеркивается, что инновационное развитие образования невозможно без понимания учителя как активного субъекта, который познает и трансформирует себя в процессе деятельности, поскольку субъктность учителя становится перспективой развития и ученика, когда вне самообразования идея личностного и профессионального развития учителя не может осуществиться.
The problems of self-education and self-development of the contemporary teacher are examined in the process of his professional growth. It is underlined that innovative development of education is impossible without understanding of the teacher as an active subject which cognizes and transforms himself in the activities process, since the subjectivity of the teacher becomes the prospect of the students’ development, when outside the self-education the idea of personality and professional development of a teacher can not be realized.
