Відновлення психічної рівноваги може відбуватися за принципами дезабсурдизації, тривіальної абсурдизації, творчої абсурдизації особистості. Творчість є процесом поетапної зміни циклів абсурдизації і дезабсурдизації психічних одиниць, що отримують унікальну конфігурацію і високу продуктивність.
