Встановлено залежність швидкості їх розчинення від складу травників, перемішування, температури та визначено лімітуючі стадії процесу розчинення. Оптимізовано склади поліруючих травників і режими хіміко-динамічного полірування поверхні вказаних напівпровідникових матеріалів.</dc:description>
