В.ГапченкоauthorУ статті досліджено місце і роль української інтелігенції у творенні єдиного європейського культурно-освітнього простору, в розвитку напрямків освітньої діяльності, що формують особистість. Підкреслено, що завдяки дотриманню українською інтелігенцією XVI-XVII ст. гуманістичних традицій відбувалася трансляція цінностей європейського духовного життя на український ґрунт, утверджувалися європейські зразки шкільної та університетської освіти, формувався досвід ставлення до суб’єкта освітньо-виховного процесу як до неповторної особистості, носія високих моральних якостей.
