semiconductor quantum wire perpendicularly crossing the plane quantum well placed into the external medium&#13;
are calculated within the e�ective mass approximation and rectangular potential method. The dependences of&#13;
quasiparticles energies on the radius of quantum wire and width of the quantum well are studied in detail.&#13;
