М.ІвановаauthorУ статті визначено основні особливості наукової електронної бібліотеки. Окреслено основні вимоги до програмних систем для створення наукових електронних бібліотек. Надано характеристику актуальних програмних систем. Проаналізовано відкриті програмні системи для створення електронних бібліотек, що пропонуються у вільному доступі в мережі Інтернет та виокремлюються експертами ЮНЕСКО. Обґрунтовано вибір відкритої програмної системи Eprints для побудови НЕБ. Доведено, що програмна система Eprints є зручним засобом для забезпечення функцій НЕБ та підтримки ведення наукових досліджень щодо здійснення завдань аналізу психолого-педагогічної, методичної, спеціальної літератури відповідно до проблем цих досліджень.L Education (General)2013Вид-во ЖДУ ім.
