В.РуденкоauthorДисертаційна робота присвячена дослідженню сутності, змісту та особливостей прояву неопатримоніальності в сучасних суспільних системах. На підставі аналізу основних концептуальних підходів до проблеми неопатримоніальності визначено сутність останньої, що полягає у соціальних відносинах, у яких за наявності демократичних інститутів фактично культивуються неформальні стосунки, продиктовані меркантильними прагненнями суб’єктів панування і владарювання. Сформульовано дефініцію неопатримоніальності як відносин, що ґрунтуються на своєрідній соцієтально-екзистенціальній основі: ментальності, традиціях, цінностях певного суспільства і є поєднанням звичок і норм, формою специфічного панування і підпорядкування між учасниками соціальної взаємодії. Розкрито роль клієнтельно-патронажної системи у сучасних владних відносинах, визначено специфіку та суперечності субелітних відносин в українському суспільстві, а також обґрунтовано шляхи і запропоновано моделі трансформації неопатримоніальності в легітимно-демократичному напрямку.
