The problem of interrelation of estimation and development of differentiated self-appraisal of abilities of first-formers during educational creative activity has been examined in the article. It has been determined that understanding the criteria of external estimation of one`s own activity from the point of view of teachers and persons of the same age is an important condition of perception of external estimation and development of differentiated self-appraisal of one`s abilities. The significance of high level of abilities reflection and social reflection for development of adequate and differentiated self-appraisal of abilities has been proved.} }
