An ambivalency of a mass legal consciousness is characterized by the presence of the parallel and tantamount attitudes to the realization of behaviour models which are discrepant and mutually exclusive. In everyday life the ambivalency phenomenon appears as a legal relativism, i.e. selective approach to the observance of the official legal norms. The ambivalency is a typical feature of the students? legal consciousness. } }
