Opinion is defended, that traits of the Ukrainian national character can be shown in legal behavior of the person. One of such traits is the legal relativity which is characterized by granting to norms of relative, conditional character. Phenomenologically it is shown that the person reserves the right to itself to solve, observe or not to observe rules of law in each concrete normative situation.
