%K The article deals with the structure of a personality and research methods of the teacher's personality, which  focus around the research directions studying three fundamental aspects of a man: internal motivation, creative activity and pedagogical constituent of the activities.  It is proved,  that forming a  personality in the context of forming the internal motivation is realized on the basis of creative activities.
