%K The development of the teacher as a citizen-patriot in the field of societal features of the Ukrainian ethnos is analyzed. It is shown that just as the formation of a personality has its the aim of a harmonious personality, and the formation of a specialist is aimed at a competent person, so the formation of citizenship provides for the formation of a patriot. The formation of a citizen-patriot is implemented in the plane of the author's concept of the spirituality of the Ukrainian nation and its special geopolitical role in modern civilization landscape.
