%K The article deals with the tasks of contemporary ecological education. The necessity of widening of the repertoire of social roles of the schoolchildren, the formation in them the empathic openness to the environment and the development of  affection and perception field of cognition as important directions of the formation of the personality with advanced ecocentric type of ecological consciousness is substantiated; some forms and methods are described which are expedient for using with this purpose are delineated.

%X В статті розкриваються задачі екологічної освіти на сучасному етапі. Обґрунтовується необхідність розширення репертуару соціальних ролей учнів, формування у них емпатійної відкритості оточенню та розширення афективно-перцептивного поля сприйняття дійсності як важливих напрямків формування особистості з розвинутим екоцентричним типом екологічної свідомості, описані деякі форми та методи, які доцільно застосовувати з цією метою.
