abstract: На основі міждисциплінарного аналізу проблем, пов'язаних з онкологічними захворюваннями, а також за допомогою загальної теорії систем обґрунтовується універсальний метод терапії онкологічних та інших хвороб, а також будуються системні підстави даного методу, які реалізуються в контексті універсальної моделі патогенезу, системи гомеостазу і універсальної класифікації хвороб. Розглядається сутність центрального вакуумно-польового регулятора цілісності організму, який забезпечує зв'язок і взаємодію різних, в тому числі і протилежних аспектів організму. Це дозволяє говорити про гомеостаз як фізичний аспект регуляції цілісності організму, а також про свідомість як про психічний аспект цієї регуляції.
keywords: A universal method of therapy of oncology and other diseases is substantiated on the basis of interdisciplinary analysis of the problems related to cancer, using system simplification method and general theory of systems, enabling to build the systemic foundations of this method, which are realized in the context of the universal pathogenesis model, the homeostasis system and the universal classification of the diseases. The essence of the central vacuum-field regulator of the integrity of the organism, which ensures the communication and interaction of different and diametrically opposite aspects of the organism, is considered. Due to its neutral nature, this regulator realizes an  ether-vacuum state, revealing  a coherent-wave, neutral-boundary, phase nature. This enables to talk about homeostasis as a physical aspect of the regulation of the integrity of the organism, and also about consciousness as a mental aspect of this regulation.
