KW - The methodological basis of the research is developed and implemented; the categorial-conceptual apparatus of the problems teacher's personality development is analyzed as well as the civilizational changes and trends in the education and tteacher's personality development; the essence and the mechanisms of of civilization changes in the era of transformation of modern society into the state of a new information state; key theories and concept of personality development at the conceptual and interdisciplinary levels in domestic and foreign sources in the context of the universal paradigm of development in philosophical KW - anthropological KW - sociological KW - psychological and pedagogical spheres are analyzed. The concept of teacher's personality being the transcendental essence is built; it is grounded that the crisis of the modern ways of life reveales the situation where the dialectical mechanism of teacher's personality functions most efficiently KW - hence the development of teacher's personality gains dynamics and is directed at the transcendental goal ? the ideal society of the future. A conceptual model of teacher's personality development; the integral model of teacher's personality; the scientific and methodical system as well as the psycho-pedagogical mechanism of teacher's development and self-development in the conditions of civilizational transformations are substantiated and verified.
