        keywords = {The monograph contains the theoretical and practical aspects of a new educational direction embodied in the pedagogy of "zero states" and lucid dreams, using intermediate-neutral "zero" states, being found in the creative meditative state, which serves both as the goal of the educational process and its most effective form. "Zero" states are achieved in three ways: 1) by transferring the states of human organism into each other in the process of its movement and development, when an intermediate boundary neutral phase between the states is detected; 2) due to uniting the opposite states of a person (fear and anger, love and hate, etc.), which, as a result, mutually extinguish, neutralize each other, forming a neutral "zero" entity; 3) as a result of any change in the organisms and environments, realized as a wave, whose structure is universal and fixes both the points of maximum and minimum and the zeros of the function, being the neutral phases of the unfolding of the wave process.},
