Проблема збереження та відновлення психологічного ресурсу є надзвичайно актуальною для фахівців хелперских професій (насамперед, психологів та соціальних працівників). Ресурсне виснаження особистості може зумовлювати виникнення синдрому емоційного вигорання. Одним із способів формування ресурсного потенціалу особистості  є соціально-психологічний тренінг, що може включати як традиційні вправи (мозковий штурм, групова дискусія), так і інноваційні (синквейн).

The problem of preservation and restoration of psychological resources is extremely urgent for specialists of the helper professions (first of all, psychologists and social workers). Resourceful exhaustion of the personality can lead to the emergence of emotional burnout syndrome. One way of forming a person's resource potential is through social and psychological training, which can include both traditional exercises (brainstorming, group discussion), and innovative (syncway).
