The article investigates the problem of personal views on labour relations in postindustrial society. It has been ascertained that the conditions of a postindustrial society favour the rapid growth of the role of such human factors as professionalism, the the level of education, mastership and skill of a worker that become significant factors of labour relations at the stage of the further development of technological revolutionary process. The situation is guite the reverse in Ukraine. The labour activity potential of a great part of the population is evidently getting contracted on account of the poverty of the people, their alienation from property, power and social respeetfulness.The considerable fall of the prestige of the honest proficiency in labour disconrages the people from showing any personal interest or taking the initiative in the attitude to creative labour.
