The monograph is dedicated to the problems of development of education and science in the conditions of integration and globalization processes, establishment of postindustrial civilization, "knowledge society". New post non-classical education model and strategy of its implementation on the national cultural-historical basis are grounded, strong and week sides of Ukrainian education, perspectives of development and integration to European and global educational space are outlined. 
Structure, content and education organization modernization is considered in the context of radical changes aimed at solving strategic tasks that Ukraine faces in new economical and social cultural conditions.
