Abstract

В статті, на основі аналізу сучасних проблем професійного розвитку, пов’язаних із тектонічними зрушеннями ціннісно-смислової самоактуалізації особистості та структурними деформаціями в умовах професійної мобільності й конкурентоспроможності, запропонований та обґрунтований алгоритм професійного самовизначення й самоактуалізації в структурі Я-концепції. Based on the analysis of contemporary problems of professional development related to the tectonic shifts in the axiological self-actualization of a person and structural deformations in terms of occupational mobility and competitiveness, the article suggests the algorithm of professional identity and self-actualization in self-concept structure.
