Abstract
In today's dynamic world people are realizing their interests and capacities, are often exposed to risks, threats and hazards of natural, technogenic and social character. A lot of their produces and provokes herself. Therefore, the ability to see all aspects of the environment, to prevent the aggressive action of external factors, the destructive consequences of their behavior in environmental systems and social environments is essential to the well — being and health of society.
