Анотація
The conception of temporal self-management administrative purpose commands of the system of regional education is represented, that can form complex spatio-temporal hierarchical organization, answering the principles of actualization of the systems of space, nature and society. Different hierarchical levels of the mentioned commands can be combined with each other on co-operative and purpose principle with the aim to solving certain administrative problems.
