Abstract
Аналізуються практичні шляхи формування лідера, серед яких особливо важливими є розвиток творчої особистості лідера, розширення його соціально-рольового репертуару, формування активної непрагматично-альтруїстичної життєвою позицією, що реалізується як феномен духовності; наголошується на тому, що лідер – це поєднання творчості, волі та самодетермінації.
