Apperception of the future in conditions of social uncertainty

In the modern information society, a person lives in conditions of constant stress, which is associated with various stressogenic factors that can increase and, as a result, destabilize the individual's activity in the social environment. Knowledge about the world, and especially about the dangers it hides behind it, destabilizes a person's personal space. Interpersonal stressors include those spheres of social activity within which an adult is: financial stress, interpersonal stress, family stress, social stress, environmental stress, work stress.
The most traumatic are the stressors of the future, which force a person to constantly prepare for events that may happen in his life. Anxieties and future setbacks, which can be both real and imagined, can be more stressful than actual physical danger. The fear of old age or death can eliminate joy from current events, distort the life perspective, and form a perception of the inevitability of tragedy, trouble, and failure in any life context.
