Abstract
Обговорюється інтегративний підхід до професійного розвитку особистості педагога в умовах цивілізаційних змін. Ставиться завдання розробки психолого-педагогічної програми дослідження феномену громадянського розвитку особистості професіонала, що передбачає поєднання в одному теоретико-методологічному полі трьох освітніх цілей розвитку людини у системі освіти – формування особистості, громадянина і фахівця.
