The results reveal the significance and diversity of approaches in preparing scientific and pedagogical professionals in higher education. The analysis emphasizes the need for adaptation to the requirements of the modern educational landscape in the context of modern Master’s training. system. In the conclusion, the research underscores the importance of ongoing professional development for scientific and pedagogical professionals to meet the challenges of the dynamic educational environment.
