Abstract

The problems of professional becoming and of the personality of a contemporary teacher as a professional are examined. It is marked that the professional becoming of the teacher as a professional foresees shaping his personality, in the context of which the problems of self-development, the development of creative thinking, optimism, self-possession, communicability, leadership qualities, social responsibility and activity, adequate selfappraisal, empathy are important.
